The information shown on this website is provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Information, products & services contained on this website may be out of date, include omissions, inaccuracies or other errors.

We reserve the right to make changes to this website without prior notice.

All items offered are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse any order.

All prices shown are in pounds sterling, are nett, discounted prices and exclude VAT at the current rate where applicable.

All sizes quoted are approximate.

Shipments outside the EU (European Union) may be subject to local import charges & taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Customer service is open between 9am & 5.30pm GMT, Monday - Friday. Due to the high volume of calls at certain times you may be connected to the ansaphone. Please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Payment

UK Educational establishments, NHS establishments & Music Therapy organisations will normally be allocated a 30-day credit account but we reserve the right, under exceptional circumstances, to ask for payment before despatching the goods.

We ask that to keep administrative charges down that the 30-day payment term is adhered to.

UK private & all international customers will need to have a credit or debit card to make a purchase. Please note that money is not taken from the card until goods are ready for despatch .

Carriage Charges

The maximum carriage charge to an establishment is £6.95 ex-vat on orders under £150.00 ex-vat.

The maximum carriage charge to a private address is £9.95 ex-vat on orders under £150.00 ex-vat.

Highland region - the maximum carriage charge is £15.50 ex-vat on orders under £150.00 ex-vat.

Scottish Islands & Northern Ireland - the maximum carriage charge is £15.50 ex-vat on orders under £500.00 ex-vat.

Jersey or Guernsey - the maximum carriage charge is £20.00 ex-vat on orders under £500.00 ex-vat.

Republic of Ireland - the maximum carriage charge is £20.00 ex-vat on orders under £1,000.00 ex-vat.

EXPORT - carriage will be charged at the appropriate cost for the order. Please either email a list of items to us or phone us on +44 1392 428108 so we can give you precise carriage costs.

Excess carriage charges - certain specific items on the website (marked ‘excess carriage charge applies’) are exceptions to the above. Please phone 0345 230 0455 (+44 1392 428108) if you wish to discuss charges in these situations.

Items will be sent by carrier or Royal Mail 1st Class post, whichever is appropriate to their size & weight. Carriage charge is applied only once to an order.

Should an order require more than one delivery, full carriage will be charged on the first despatch only.

Delivery

We will endeavour to supply goods that are in stock at the time of ordering within 3 - 5 working days of receipt of order but reserve the right to exceed this for reasons outside our control.

Please allow 14 working days for initial deliveries to mainland UK addresses and 28 working days for export orders.

If you need an item for a particular date, please phone your order through on 0345 230 0455 (+44 1392 428108) and tell the Sales Operator when it is required and we will do our best to fulfil your request.

Goods that are out of stock will be ordered for you and despatched as soon as they become available.

Delivery for items of appropriate size and weight is normally made by Royal Mail 1st Class Post.

Delivery for items not suitable for Royal Mail 1st Class Post is made by carrier and will require a signature on delivery. Please make sure you give us an address where there will be someone to receive the parcel(s).

Our couriers deliver to ground-floor doorsteps only, and whilst some drivers may be happy to assist in getting the item inside your residence, they are not contracted to do so. Please ensure there are at least two people available to move large items. (All digital pianos and keyboards are delivered boxed and some require self-assembly which is a task best performed by two people.)

Terms & Conditions – Specific.

Cancellation/Returns

All items returned – for whatever reason – must be agreed with us prior to return. Please telephone 0345 230 0455 to discuss procedure.

Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery.

Items must be returned unopened in their original condition. However, certain items are excluded from this returns policy including books, CDs DVDs, special orders or woodwind instruments (e.g. recorders, harmonicas etc) for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The customer is responsible for the charges incurred in returning an order unless items are faulty or sent in error on our part.

Damages & Claims

Any shortages or damage must be notified to us within 3 working days of receipt of the goods, otherwise claims cannot be entertained.

If the goods seem to be damaged on receipt, the delivery note should be signed ‘unexamined’ and cases and/or wrappings should be retained pending inspection.

We reserve the right, for reasons of supply, or otherwise, to substitute goods of the same or better quality if appropriate.

Privacy & Security

LMS Music Supplies does not sell, rent or give out personal details you submit to any 3rd party. We may use your phone number address or e-mail address to contact you about an order. Any personal details gathered from order or enquiries (collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) are kept safely on our computer.

All on-line credit card transactions take place on ProtX secure servers.

Guarantees

All goods are covered by Manufacturer’s Guarantees where applicable, according to the nature of the instrument. We undertake to exchange any instrument found to be faulty on arrival strictly on the understanding that under no circumstances have attempts any repairs been made.
