If you need us to quote a school purchase order number on the invoice there is a designated box for this during the checkout process on webshop orders.

If you are placing your order on our webshop, you have the option to register with us or make your purchases as a guest, but in either case the following apply:

at Stage 3 of the checkout - shipping charges. Mainland schools select 'mainland UK school delivery'. For other areas there is no choice, you will be shown the shipping cost to your area.

at Stage 4 of the checkout - payment options. We can send your order on a 30 day invoice or you can pay by purchasing card. The invoice option is already selected, if you prefer to pay by card, please click on 'Credit or Debit Card'.

In both cases you will receive an email acknowledgement of your order.

We will not, unless you particularly request us to, deliver to schools during school holidays, so you can if you wish place orders at the end of a term for delivery at the beginning of the new term (there's a 'notes' box at the checkout stage where you can give us this sort of instruction.)

Please note that carriage charges will be finalised once we determine the most appropriate method of delivery and that money is not taken from your purchasing card until goods are ready for despatch. The carriage charge shown on the webshop assumes that the shipment will be made to you by carrier; smaller packages which can conveniently be sent by post will be charged at a lower rate.

Should your order require more than one delivery, we will initially invoice or charge your card only for the items in the first delivery, with subsequent payments/invoices being taken or raised when further items are ready for despatch. There is no carriage charge for back-orders. (See Terms & Conditions)
