This innovative two-piece recorder with a pearwood body and plastic mouthpiece has been specially developed for music education with optimised hole spacing to make it particularly suitable for children’s hands.
The narrow mouthpiece makes it easy to play and the stable tuning helps to produce notes cleanly, which is always an advantage, especially when playing in a group.
In addition, Hohner is the first recorder manufacturer to introduce an anti-bacterial plastic head, which has been proven to reduce the growth of bacteria. It has been has been tested according to ISO 22196:201 (a method of evaluating the antibacterial activity of antibacterial-treated plastics.)
