If you are ordering as a private customer
- Place items to be ordered in the basket as normal
- 'View basket' and review items at the checkout - if they are correct:
- Click 'checkout'
- select 'Credit/Debit card' in the payment option drop-down on the next page,complete all the required fields and click 'checkout' at the bottom of that page
- you will then be directed to the secure server where you can enter your card details.
You should then receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed with us. Please note that carriage charges will be finalised once we determine the most appropriate method of delivery and that money is not taken from the card until goods are ready for despatch. Should the order require more than one delivery, we will charge only for those items in that delivery.

If you are ordering on behalf of a (Local Authority) Educational Establishment, Service or Department or for a Health Service Establishment ot Music Therapy Setting
- Place items to be ordered in the basket as normal
- 'View basket' and review items at the checkout - if they are correct:
- select Mainland UK - School delivery in the delivery option drop-down, & click 'checkout'
- At the next screen select 'Schools & Establishments' in the payment option dropdown
- Complete all the required fields on that page
- click 'checkout'
You should then receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed with us and we will despatch the goods on a 30-day credit account. (See Terms & Conditions)
