Made in Ghana by Louis Kojo Botchway. Bougarabous are drums from the Jola people of Casamance, a region of Southern Senegal. They can be played singly or in sets with both hand and stick. They have a full, deep, rich sound which can be heard for miles and is effective at all dynamic levels. The thick cowskin heads produce a mellow tone and the deep long body produces the sonorous bass. This drum is fair traded.
