Delivery- We will endeavour to supply goods that are in stock at the time of ordering within 5 working days of receipt of order but reserve the right to exceed this for reasons outside our control or for export orders.
- If you need an item for a particular date, please phone your order through on 0845 230 0455 (00 44 1392 428108) and tell the Sales Operator when it is required and we will do our best to fulfil your request.
- Goods that are out of stock will be ordered for you and despatched as soon as they become available.
- Delivery for items of appropriate size and weight is normally by Royal Mail 1st Class Post.
- Delivery for items not suitable for Royal Mail 1st Class Post is made by carrier and will require a signature on delivery. Please make sure you give us an address where there will be someone to receive the parcel(s).
- Our carriers deliver to ground-floor doorsteps only, and whilst some drivers may be happy to assist in getting the item inside your residence, they are not contracted to do so. Please ensure there are at least two people available to move large items. (All digital pianos and keyboards are delivered boxed and some require self-assembly which is a task best performed by two people.)
Returns Policy- Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery.
- Items must be returned unopened in their original condition. However, certain items are excluded from this returns policy including books, CDs DVDs or special orders. For reasons of hygene, woodwind instruments (e.g. recorders, harmonicas, clarinets etc) are also included. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- All items to be returned – for whatever reason – must be agreed with us prior to return.
Please telephone 0845 230 0455 (00 44 1392 428108) to discuss procedure.
